I am not giving up, but the peppers are stunted. Do they look like they grew any compared to last week? I am saddened by them not doing well this year. I just need to have patience and maybe by the time they go outside they will grow a lot more once they get the sun and heat. All gardeners run into issues every year. I'm not going to let it get to me. 

Some of the other herbs seedlings gave died also, but everything else is doing wonderful.
